Role Overview

RBNA is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Valuation and Equity Analyst to join our Transaction Advisory and Valuation practice. In this role, you will work closely with senior advisors and managers to execute complex business valuations, build robust financial models, and provide critical support for buy-side and sell-side deal advisory engagements. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven finance professional to gain hands-on experience in corporate transactions and Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) valuations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Modeling & Valuation

  • Develop, maintain, and audit complex financial models, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Comparable Company Analysis, and Precedent Transactions.

  • Assist in the valuation of equity, intangible assets, and complex financial instruments for transaction, financial reporting, and tax compliance purposes (including IBBI, FEMA, and Income Tax requirements).

  • Support periodic portfolio valuation engagements specifically tailored for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).

Deal Advisory Support

  • Assist in the preparation of transaction collaterals, including Pitch Decks, Information Memorandums (IMs), Teasers, and Management Presentations.

  • Analyze historical financial data and support the financial due diligence process to identify key deal metrics, normalized earnings (EBITDA), and working capital trends.

  • Liaise with the broader transaction team to track deal lifecycles and organize data rooms for prospective buyers or investors.

Equity & Industry Research

  • Conduct in-depth industry, market, and company-specific research to support valuation assumptions and deal rationale.

  • Analyze macroeconomic trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to identify potential risks and opportunities for clients.

  • Benchmark client financial performance against industry peers and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Reporting & Documentation

  • Draft detailed, well-structured, and defensible valuation reports outlining methodologies, key assumptions, and final conclusions.

  • Maintain accurate and organized working papers to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: CFA (Level 2 or 3 cleared preferred), Chartered Accountant (CA), or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in business valuation, equity research, investment banking, or corporate finance.

  • Technical Expertise: Exceptional financial modeling skills with a deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and valuation methodologies.

  • Systems Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with financial databases and research platforms (e.g., Capitaline, Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ, or similar) is highly preferred.

Duties and responsibilities

Role Overview

RBNA is seeking a dedicated Audit Manager to support our Internal Audit and Risk Advisory practice. Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive audits of systems and processes, identifying operational gaps, and assisting in the delivery of advisory services. You will also play a key role in the documentation and testing of Internal Financial Controls (IFC) to help our clients strengthen their operational and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Audit & Process Review

  • Execute risk-based internal audits and process reviews across diverse client industries under the guidance of senior management.

  • Conduct detailed walkthroughs and evaluations of existing business systems, operational workflows, and IT processes to identify inefficiencies, vulnerabilities, and potential revenue leakages.

  • Assist in drafting and updating audit programs and testing procedures tailored to specific client risks.

Advisory & Systems Improvement

  • Collaborate with the engagement team to formulate actionable recommendations that optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency for clients.

  • Support clients during process transitions when they are upgrading systems or updating internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Help clients integrate industry best practices into their day-to-day financial and operational workflows.

Internal Financial Controls (IFC)

  • Participate in the documentation and evaluation of Internal Financial Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013.

  • Conduct gap analyses and readiness assessments to prepare clients for IFC implementation.

  • Perform control testing to evaluate design and operating effectiveness, and work with client process owners to remediate identified deficiencies.

Team Supervision & Client Engagement

  • Supervise and guide audit executives and article assistants, ensuring that field work is completed accurately and within project timelines.

  • Prepare detailed audit working papers and draft initial audit reports for review by senior management.

  • Maintain open and professional communication with client stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of audit assignments and gather necessary data efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or equivalent professional accounting/auditing qualification.

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, or Process Consulting.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong working knowledge of process audits, IFC frameworks (COSO), and general corporate governance principles.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Accounts for a globally recognized MNC client based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day financial accounting operations, ensure seamless month-end closing, and manage strict group reporting deadlines. This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate financial records, driving internal controls, and acting as a key liaison during statutory and internal audits.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) maintenance.

  • Execute the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes accurately and within strict corporate timelines.

  • Perform regular reconciliations for bank accounts, intercompany transactions, and key balance sheet accounts to ensure financial accuracy.

  • Ensure all financial entries are recorded in compliance with local accounting standards (Ind AS) and corporate policies.

Group Reporting & MIS
